for the CLUB DAY INAUGURAL
We please
to inform all the students of 2nd, 3rd & 4th
year B. Tech (All Branches) that The Code & Anime Club Day Inaugural will be conducted on 13th, August,
2014(Wednesday). Hence all the specified students are specially invited to
attend this event and make it grand success.

In this context, All the Interested students from 3rd
and 4th year are required nominate their names for the following
designations, to the coordinator/s at lunch break or after 3:30pm only in
C lab.
1. Presidents-2(1 from 4th
year + 1 from 3rd year)
2. Treasurers Cum Admins-2 (1 from 4th
year + 1 from 3rd year)
3. Event Coordinators-6 (3 from 4th
year + 3 from 3rd year)
Active volunteers are invited to organize the Club
day Inaugural. They are also informed to give their names to the following
coordinators lunch break or after 3:30pm only in C lab.
For CSE Staff Only:
Hence,
all the faculty members are requested to give their suggestions for conducting
various different activities by discussing with the coordinators at your
leisure time and by sending mail.
